Though Damion, Sharee` and Jeremy were fictional characters, things like this happen every day. When you turn on the news, there are women, and men, who are murdered at the hands of someone they loved, or thought they loved.
In this story, I touched on some very sensitive subjects,such as domestic violence, abuse, and even greed. Greed, the love of money, can drive a person to do some very crazy things;things that many later regret.
I was involved with a man would do anything for money, mostly at my expense. I was a victim of economic abuse. I didn’t even know that this type of abuse existed. It is very sad to say that millions of women are victims of economic abuse and don’t even realize it. I wanted to have some teaching points in this book. The more you know, the more you can grow. Domestic violence can occur in many capacities, but some of the main forms are:

In 2000, 1,247 women were killed by an intimate partner. In recent years, an intimate partner killed approximately 33% of female murder victims.
